This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.\n\nPurpose of the Role\nTo provide payroll services, advice, queries and support for the project.\n\nCore Responsibilities\nProcess end-to-end payroll for both Blue-Collar and White-Collar employees\nPrepare and maintain payroll data, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately\nCollect, calculate, and input payroll information into relevant systems\nCompile payroll data including earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages\nGenerate routine and ad hoc payroll, financial, and operational reports\nRespond to payroll-related queries and manage the payroll inbox\nLiaise with Finance and Cost Control teams to support payroll reporting and reconciliation\nProvide guidance and assistance to Line Managers on payroll-related processes\nThe above listed authorities and responsibilities are only a guide and may change as directed by your Manager/Supervisor or as per the requirements of FGJV Management\n\nCore Accountabilities\nEnsure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all payroll processing activities\nMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation\nIdentify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively\nEnsure payroll records and reporting are complete, accurate, and audit-ready\nSupport business operations by delivering reliable payroll data and insights\nMaintain efficient payroll operations and continuous process improvement\nEnsure a high level of service delivery and responsiveness to employee and stakeholder queries\nUphold confidentiality and security of all payroll and employee information\n\nAs an employee you will be eligible to participate in a number of additional employee benefits.
