By investing in careers, we help strengthen the engineering and construction industries while delivering the nation-building projects shaping a more sustainable future.\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the pursuit, planning and delivery of major mechanical and process plant projects while supporting business growth through tendering, client engagement and opportunity development activities.\nThis is a true bid-win-deliver role. You will play a key part in identifying opportunities, developing winning tender strategies and securing new work before taking ownership of project execution through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring strong commercial performance, stakeholder engagement and safe, high-quality project delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.\nWorking closely with clients, project teams and operational leaders, you will help drive business growth while delivering successful outcomes across the mining, oil & gas, water treatment, power generation and pipeline sectors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork as an operational lead and subject matter expert throughout the bidding process, including supporting and leading tender submissions where required.\nDevelop bid strategies, delivery methodologies and project execution plans that contribute to successful project wins.\nIdentify and develop opportunities with existing and new clients to support business growth.\nLead project delivery following contract award from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.\nManage project budgets, forecasts, schedules and commercial performance.\nCoordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities to achieve project objectives.\nManage subcontractors, vendors and multidisciplinary project teams.\nDeliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards.\nEnsure compliance with HSSE, quality and regulatory requirements at all times.\nMonitor project performance and proactively manage commercial, operational and delivery risks.\nManage contractual obligations, scope changes and project variations to maximise commercial outcomes.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key interface throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide accurate project reporting and insights to senior leadership.\nSupport business development initiatives through client engagement, networking and market awareness activities.\nFoster a high-performing culture focused on safety, accountability and continuous improvement.\nAbout you:\nYou are a commercially minded project professional with the ability to successfully transition projects from pursuit through to delivery.
