The role, which draws on relevant tunnelling experience, utilises a range of quality assurance tools and processes to identify, document, and manage any non-conformances or workmanship issues, ensuring they are effectively controlled and rectified\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct on-site and subcontractor inspections to ensure compliance with ITPs and drawings\nMaintain accurate quality documentation, including work lots and records\nPrepare and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through to close-out\nVerify implementation of corrective and preventative actions\nManage defects and drive timely resolution\nSupport surveillance and inspections of subcontracted works alongside the Quality Coordinator\nCollaborate with site supervisors to identify and resolve quality issues\nParticipate in Quality and Construction meetings\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards\nDeliver work efficiently within required timeframes\nKey Requirements:\nExperience with site inspections, ITPs, and construction drawings\nKnowledge of NCRs, defect management, and corrective actions\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders\nAbility to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines\nCollaborative, team-focused approach\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry in a similar role\nTunneling experience desirable\nExperience on large-scale construction projects\nUnderstanding of ISO AS/NZS 9001 and quality standards\nKnowledge of construction materials and specifications\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g. EDMS)\nSkills and Attributes:\nHigh attention to detail and quality focus\nProactive problem-solving mindset\nStrong sense of accountability and reliability\nCommitment to compliance and continuous improvement\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Terra Verde, we are committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
