The project offers exposure to large-scale infrastructure delivery, multidisciplinary teams, and industry-leading systems and processes, creating excellent opportunities for both personal and professional growth.\nAbout the Role\nBased in Templeton, Christchurch, the Site Manager will lead the day-to-day construction delivery of the Christchurch Men's Prison Redevelopment Project. This is a critical leadership position responsible for the safe, efficient and successful execution of all site-based construction activities. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale tier one vertical construction projects. This role requires a strong construction leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, drive programme outcomes, and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity across the site. You will provide visible leadership to construction teams, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors, ensuring all site activities are effectively planned, coordinated and executed.
