In this role, you will effectively Lead and coordinate blue-collar construction personnel performing GTG Package installation and commissioning activities within the GTG package, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and company procedures. Work closely with the GTG Superintendent, Construction Management and different function to align priorities, optimize resource allocation, and deliver construction activities in accordance with project schedule and execution strategies while promoting a strong safety culture.\nClough is delivering the design and construction of the Kwinana Gas Power Generation 2 project (K2), a new 220 MW gas fired power station to be built in Kwinana, south of Perth. These are just a few words that describe you.\nYour focus will include:\nLead and coordinate Mechanical Fitters, Leading Hands, Trades Assistants, and subcontractors performing rotating equipment construction activities.\nPromote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring all personnel comply with site safety procedures, permit requirements, and company standards.\nAlign daily and weekly work priorities with the GTG Superintendent, Construction Manager, Planning to support project execution strategies and schedule objectives.\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise the installation, inspection, alignment, and mechanical completion of rotating equipment and associated auxiliary systems.\nMonitor workforce productivity and work fronts to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of construction activities. Segregate and tracking hrs again different scope and in alignment with project requirement and tool. \nManage Permit to Work (PTW), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), isolations, and critical risk controls within the area of responsibility.\nReview construction drawings, technical specifications, work packs, and OEM procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements.\nVerify that all inspection and test requirements are completed and documented in accordance with approved ITPs, ITRs, and quality standards.\nOverseen alignment, flange management, bolt torquing, hydraulic tensioning, and overall multi disciplinary installation activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and tolerances.\nMonitor material availability and coordinate with , Warehousing, and Project Engineer to ensure timely delivery of equipment, consumables, and critical components.
