This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.\n\nPurpose of the Role\nThe Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Systems Auditor is responsible for planning and conducting internal, supplier and subcontractor QHSE audits in alignment with the FGJV QHSE Audit Program and Quality Audit Procedure requirements.\n\nQualifications\nCertified Lead Auditor for AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 standard\nProject Management, Engineering and QHSE qualifications - preferred\nWhite Card\nExperience\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in QHSE Management related roles on large-scale construction projects\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in QHSE Management system auditing and Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier and subcontractor auditing\nDemonstrated experience with complex audit processes on large-scale construction project\n\nRequired Competencies\nDemonstrable knowledge of relevant AS/NZS and International standards for Quality Management Systems and quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001, 19011, 10013, 31000, 27001, 45001, & 14001)\nProficiency in the use of proprietary software systems used in audits and assurance activities\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel, for audit planning and execution\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present audit information, results, and impact of work to senior management and relevant stakeholders\nProficiency in compiling audit checklists related to audit scope elements\nExceptional report writing skills and the ability to interpret information from multiple sources and consolidate information\nExcellent time management and organisational skills\nGood interpersonal skills and adept at working in multicultural teams\n\nCore Accountabilities and Responsibilities\nConduct planned audits in alignment with the QHSE audit program and quality audit procedure.\nProvide QHSE function with timely and comprehensive quality audit data for QHSE reporting purposes.\nGuide and support FGJV employees and client QHSE function on QHSE audit related matters.\nSupport corrective action processes, including following up on identified non-conformances, workplace inspections and reporting on outcomes and or system effectiveness.\nAct in a consultative capacity where changes in plant, methods machinery, insurance cover, product or employee development are considered.\nThe above listed authorities and responsibilities are only a guide and may change as directed by your Manager/Supervisor or as per the requirements of FGJV Management.\n\nAs an employee you will be eligible to participate in a number of additional employee benefits.
