Whether you're an engineer, project manager, systems specialist, or corporate professional, you’ll be part of a high-performing team working on one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Australia’s history.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive remuneration package\nDiversity & inclusion initiatives\nEmployee recognition programs\nGrowth and development opportunities within a large-scale project\nHealth & wellbeing initiatives\nNovated leases\nSupportive and collaborative work culture\nWork on one of the most exciting infrastructure projects in Australia\nThe Opportunity:\nEmployed by Webuild, Parklife Metro is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team based at Orchard Hills, Badgerys Creek or Bradfield.\nAs Contract Administrator, you will support the commercial and contractual management of construction activities, working closely with the Project, Construction, Engineering, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure contractual obligations are effectively managed and project outcomes are achieved.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nAdminister subcontract and commercial activities in accordance with project requirements and contractual obligations\nSupport the preparation, review and management of subcontract agreements, scopes of work, purchase orders and related documentation\nMonitor subcontractor performance, progress and compliance against contractual requirements\nAssist with the preparation and assessment of progress claims, variations, extensions of time and other contractual notices\nMaintain accurate records of contractual correspondence, notices, claims, variations and commercial documentation\nReview subcontractor claims and supporting documentation and work with the project team to resolve discrepancies\nAssist with the identification, assessment and management of commercial and contractual risks\nWork closely with Site Managers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers and other project stakeholders to ensure commercial matters are addressed in a timely manner\nAssist with the management and close-out of variations, claims, disputes and other commercial matters\nSupport the preparation of monthly commercial reports, forecasts and cost-to-complete information\nSupport the Commercial Manager and broader Commercial team with ad hoc commercial and contractual activities\nCriteria:\nPrevious experience in a Contract Administrator or similar commercial role within construction or major infrastructure projects\nTertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commerce, Business or a related discipline\nExperience administering construction or subcontract agreements\nUnderstanding of subcontractor claims, variations, extensions of time and contractual correspondence \nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word \nAbility to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment\nWhat's Next?\nIf you're ready to take the next step in your career within one of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects, we encourage you to submit your CV by clicking ‘Apply’.\nInterested in learning more about Parklife Metro JV or Webuild?
