The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.\nWe are currently searching for HVAC Supervisor within the Commissioning scope to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. These are just a few words that describe you.\nResponsibilities\nCommissioning Execution\nEnsure all HVAC commissioning activities are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules\nPlan and execute HVAC commissioning operations, including pre-commissioning checks, functional testing and system fault rectification\nCoordinate all Contractor personnel for the smooth execution of HVAC commissioning activities\nCommissioning Planning\nAnticipate, plan and request the logistical means necessary for smooth HVAC commissioning operations, considering the various constraints when planning and carrying out activities.\nTake part of site coordination meetings.\nEnsure the preparation of commissioning reports and test records for submission to Company.\nEnsure the availability and movement of materials, consumables and spare parts according to the requirements of commissioning operations.\nCheck and validate all commissioning test packs and technical records, ensuring completion status is comprehensively recorded in the completions/commissioning management system.\nSupervise and lead all HVAC commissioning and operating procedures. \nLead team, organising own schedules/rotations and evaluating trades.\nKeep an up-to-date list of outstanding works and punch-list items that cannot be completed except during specific system availability or shutdown windows. \nOur benefits\n\nWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
