The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.\nWe are currently searching for Mechanical Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. These are just a few words that describe you.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise daily mechanical activities on-site, including rotating equipment scope and other related systems.\nEnsure all mechanical work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety regulations.\nCoordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other discipline supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.\nMonitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to ensure timely completion of project milestones.\nInspect mechanical installations and conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements.\nPrepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation related to mechanical work progress and issues.\nOur benefits\n\nWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
