The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals for construction and infrastructure projects in Canada. The role ensures compliance with client requirements, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports the successful delivery of tender submissions.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full proposal lifecycle, from receipt of tender documents to final submission.\nAnalyze RFPs, RFQs, and prequalification documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.\nCoordinate contributions from Engineering, Estimating, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and external partners.\nDevelop, write, edit, and review technical and commercial proposal content.\nManage proposal schedules, milestones, reviews, and submission deadlines.\nEnsure consistency with corporate standards, branding, and governance requirements.\nCoordinate proposal activities between Canadian operations and the Italian headquarters.\nQualifications\nDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in proposal or bid management within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector.\nExperience with public and private procurement processes.\nStrong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.\nLanguages\nFluent English and Italian\nKey Competencies\nProposal Management\nProject Planning and Organization\nClient Focus\nCross-Cultural Collaboration\nCommunication Skills\nAttention to Detail\nResults Orientation\nSalary Range\nExecutive level, with a gross annual salary ranging from €95,000 to €110,000.\nWebuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
