These are just a few words that describe you.\nYour focus will include:\nAdministration of project / recruitment specific documents and site entry requirements\nScheduling interviews, medicals and related assessments.\nConducting phone screening and reference checks.\nMaintenance of recruitment and HR records through SAP Successfactors, and other related systems.\nIssuing new starters packs and ensuring all documentation is completed, collected and electronically filed in Successfactors. \nAssisting with compliance reporting including license/ tickets, emergency contact, insurance, visas etc\nEstablishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, supervisors and clients.\nWhat you will bring to the team\nTo succeed in this role, you will be a highly motivated and process driven individual, with a strong eye for detail and excellent time management skills. You will have previous experience in a similar role within a fast-past project environment, ideally with a background in both blue and white-collar recruitment teams.
