These are just a few words that describe you.\nYour focus will include:\nIssuing of conformed Purchase Order agreements in accordance with Clough procedures.\nManaging the overall procurement and delivery process for assigned packages and ‘Bulks’ type procurement.\nInterfacing with Engineering Leads for the timely issue of Scopes of work, MTO’s and associated documents for assigned RFQ packages.\nWorking with Vendor management to Pre-qualifying Suppliers where required.\nEnsuring use of existing MSA providers for relevant Goods and Services.\nWhat you will bring to the team:\nPrevious experience in a similar role as a Senior Buyer.\nDocumented experience of managing procurement of major equipment packages for Oil & Gas and/or Mining and infrastructure projects.\nExposure to EPC type lump sum and reimbursable projects.\nCompetent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.\nExperience in expediting delivery of purchased equipment and associated Supplier documentation.\nBasic knowledge and understanding of materials management systems and processes and practical experience of maintaining purchasing/expediting data in materials management systems.\nPrevious experience working with SAP would be highly regarded.\nAbility to work a 19:9 FIFO rotation to site.\nOur benefits\nWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
