Whether you're an engineer, project manager, systems specialist, or corporate professional, you’ll be part of a high-performing team working on one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Australia’s history.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive remuneration package\nDiversity & inclusion initiatives\nEmployee recognition programs\nGrowth and development opportunities within a large-scale project\nHealth & wellbeing initiatives\nNovated leases\nSupportive and collaborative work culture\nWork on one of the most exciting infrastructure projects in Australia\nThe Opportunity:\nEmployed by Webuild, Parklife Metro is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator - Upstream to join our team based at our Sydney CBD office.\nAs a Senior Contract Administrator - Upstream, you will support the commercial and contractual management of Parklife Metro's obligations and entitlements under the head contract.\nWorking closely with the Commercial Manager, Contract Manager, Project Managers, Construction teams and other key stakeholders, the Senior Contract Administrator will be responsible for the administration and management of upstream contractual matters, including notices, variations, extensions of time, claims, correspondence, risk and commercial reporting.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nAdminister and manage upstream contractual obligations and entitlements under the project head contract\nReview and interpret contractual requirements, ensuring the project team understands and complies with relevant obligations and timeframes\nPrepare, review and issue contractual notices, correspondence and submissions in accordance with the head contract\nManage and administer upstream variations, including identification, assessment, substantiation, negotiation and agreement.
