These are just a few words that describe you.\nYour focus will include:\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s HSSE management system.\nConduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.\nLead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.\nDeliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.\nMonitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.\nPrepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.\nWhat you will bring to the team:\nProven experience in an HSSE advisory role, preferably in an Oil & Gas environment.\nStrong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.\nExcellent communication and influencing skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.\nProficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.\nOur benefits\nWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
