The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.\nWe are currently searching for Senior Contract Administrator to join team on Project Ceres in Perth. The candidate will be responsible for the effective administration and management of project contracts, ensuring contractual obligations are understood, monitored and delivered in accordance with project requirements. These are just a few words that describe you.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and manage contracts, subcontracts and commercial agreements throughout the project lifecycle.\nReview, interpret and provide advice on contractual terms, obligations, entitlements and risks.\nMonitor contractor and subcontractor performance against contractual requirements, milestones and deliverables.\nManage variations, claims, extensions of time, notices and other contractual matters.\nPrepare, review and negotiate contractual correspondence with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.\nMaintain accurate records of contractual documentation, correspondence, notices and commercial matters.\nSupport the preparation and assessment of progress claims, payment certificates and commercial reports.\nIdentify, assess and manage contractual and commercial risks and opportunities.\nWork closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager and other project stakeholders to resolve contractual issues in a timely manner.\nSupport negotiations with contractors and subcontractors to achieve commercially appropriate outcomes.\nMonitor compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements and applicable legislation.\nProvide commercial input into project forecasts, cost reporting and financial reviews.\nContribute to continuous improvement of contract administration processes, systems and reporting.\nOur benefits\nWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
