The role will involve coordinating subcontractors and trades, reviewing drawings and specifications, resolving design and construction issues, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nCoordinatingday-to-day station fit-out and finishing works.\nManaging interfaces between different trades, subcontractors and engineering disciplines.\nReviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs and design changes. \nMonitoring construction progress, quality and compliance. \nSupporting inspections, ITPs, QA documentation and defect close-out.\nCoordinating architectural finishes, building elements and associated services.\nWorking with the construction team to resolve site issues and maintain program.\nSupporting testing, commissioning and handover of completed station areas.\nEnsuring works are undertaken in accordance with Parklife Metro/SSTOM requirements, safety standards and approved documentation.\nCriteria:\nRelevant Tertiary Qualification in Engineering \nExperience in delivering large-scale, complex building or infrastructure projects with top-tier contractors. \nStrong organisational and multitasking skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)\nWhat's Next?\nIf you're ready to take the next step in your career within one of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects, we encourage you to submit your CV by clicking ‘Apply’.\nInterested in learning more about Parklife Metro JV or Webuild?
