Operating at a level equivalent to a Recruitment Advisor or a Senior Recruitment Advisor, this role partners closely with hiring managers, project leadership teams, HR stakeholders, and external talent networks to attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent in competitive markets.\nThe role is accountable for managing complex recruitment activities, providing market intelligence, driving proactive talent pipelining strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
