The role will ensure technical oversight of all involved disciplines, coordination of external consultants, management of interfaces with clients and project stakeholders, and control of the technical documentation required for tender submissions.\nKey Responsibility\nCoordinate the activities of the technical team and external engineering/design consultants.\nOversee civil, railway, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design activities.\nDefine scopes of work for external consultants and engineering firms.\nAnalyze and propose technical improvements, value engineering solutions, and design modifications.\nCoordinate permitting, approvals, and authorization processes.\nManage design reviews and document control activities.\nCoordinate BIM activities and monitor clash detection and resolution processes.\nSupervise geological, geotechnical, and topographical investigations.\nProvide technical support to procurement and subcontracting processes.\nInterface with Clients, Concessionaires, and project stakeholders.\nProvide engineering and technical support to bidding and tendering activities.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 10 years of experience as a Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, or in a similar role within complex construction projects.\nSolid experience in infrastructure projects, including metro systems, railways, major civil works, and EPC projects.\nProven experience in multidisciplinary engineering coordination and management of external consultants.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nLanguages\nFluent in English and Italian.\nKey Competencies\nPlanning & Organization\nClient Focus\nCross-Cultural Collaboration\nEffective Communication\nAttention to Detail\nResults Orientation\nLeadership & Team Management\nProblem Solving & Decision Making\nStakeholder Management\nSalary Range\nManagerial level: €75,000 - €85,000 gross annual base salary.\nWebuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
