These are just a few words that describe you.\nYour focus will include:\nCollaborate closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to understand temporary works requirements. \nAssess project work scopes and define/classify temporary works. \nDevelop temporary works engineering specifications. \nReview and develop risk-based work method statements. \nCoordinate review of temporary works and falsework design, ensuring specification is written with enough detail.\nConduct site inspections and audits to monitor temporary works implementation and compliance with safety standards. \nProvide guidance and support to site teams regarding temporary works procedures and best practices. \nInspection and authorization of temporary works upon dismantle and removal, as well as installation and use. \nEnsure temporary work records are maintained. \nCoordinate supply, erection, maintenance and dismantling of works. \nWork across any required change management. \nPreparation and submission of WPA, as well as Project Planning guideline, work packs and SOWS.\nWork with stakeholders across all varied departments. \nIdentification of hold points. \nWhat you will bring to the team:\nTertiary qualifications in either Civil or Structural Engineering. \n7+ years’ experience, ideally within the management of temporary works. \nUnderstanding/knowledge of BS 5975, code of practice for temporary works procedures and ABCB Temporary Structures Standard. \nConstruction experience working within an EPC highly regarded. \nOur benefits\n\nWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
