This role can sit in either our Global HQ in St. Petersburg,Floridaor our New York office, and will play a critical role in supporting our growing self-clearing and institutional brokerage infrastructure.\nFollowing our approvals for self-clearing, this individual will serve as a key operational and financial partner across Finance, Operations, Risk, Institutional, and Engineering teams. The role will focus heavily on regulatory financial operations, liquidity management, clearing workflows, suspense management, and operational scalability asWebullcontinues expanding its institutional and brokerage capabilities.\nThis is a highly cross-functional role with direct exposure to the core financial infrastructure supporting the brokerage business, including daily reserve and net capital calculations, clearing operations, and strategic institutional buildouts.\nIn This Role, You Will\nManage and oversee daily SEC Rule 15c3-1 net capital calculations and SEC Rule 15c3-3 reserve calculations.\nSupport daily liquidity management, cash flow monitoring, and funding workflows across clearing and settlement operations.\nMonitor and resolve clearingcashsuspense breaks,cashreconciliation issues, and operational exceptions tied to brokerage activity.\nPartner closely with Finance leadership on liquidity stress testing, capital forecasting, and operational risk analysis.\nAssistin scaling and supporting institutional brokerage buildouts and operationalinfrastructure initiatives.\nWork cross-functionally with Operations, Risk, Institutional, Legal, and Engineering teams to improve workflows and automate operational controls.\nPartner with internal developers and product teams to support system enhancements, operational tooling, and financial operations scalability.\nSupport oversight offinancial operations matters related toclearing, settlement, omnibus agreement workflows, and self-clearing operational functions.\nServe as a key operational finance resource supporting regulatory audits, examinations, and internal control initiatives.\nThe Skills You Bring\n5-8+ years of experience within broker-dealer financial operations, brokerage accounting, or financial control environments.\nStrong understanding of SEC Rule 15c3-1 and SEC Rule 15c3-3 calculations and operational impacts.\nExperience working within a carrying broker-dealer, self-clearing firm, or institutional brokerage environment.\nHands-on exposure tofinancialclearing operations, suspense management, liquidity workflows, and brokerage financial operations.\nAbility tooperatecross-functionally and manage operational or institutional infrastructure-related projects.\nStrong understanding of brokerage operational flows and how transactions move through finance and general ledger environments.\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\nSeries 27licensestronglypreferred. The base salary range is $115,000-$140,000 (Associate Director level) & $140,000-$165,000 (Sr. Associate Director level) annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.
