In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with introducing brokers, banks, hedge funds, and financial advisors, delivering best-in-class service and helping them succeed on our platform. Together, we aim to build lasting partnerships and create a seamless client experience while driving the growth of our global products and services.\nIn This Role, You Will\nAct as the primary client service lead for Webull’s institutional clients-introducing brokers, hedge funds, asset managers and financial advisors.\nProvide expert support and resolution for inquiries related to accounts, trades, margin, funding, asset transfers, statement reconciliation, corporate actions, and more.\nManage seamless coordination and escalations across internal teams, including trading operations, compliance, tech, and product, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.\nDeliver onboarding support for new institutional clients, including system walkthroughs, documentation, training, and post-launch follow-up.\nDrive system implementation and process automation initiatives to improve how institutional client requests and service workflows are tracked, routed, and resolved.\nDesign and build scalable operational workflows and service infrastructure to support institutional client growth.\nDevelop onboarding and training material to ensure operational readiness and consistency across client-facing teams.\nDefine, measure, and optimize KPIs and performance metrics to track service delivery quality, client onboarding timelines, and support SLAs.\nSupport ad hoc institutional initiatives-client communication campaigns, training sessions, market research, or product testing as business needs arise.\nThe Skills You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a relevant field.\nAt least 4-6 years of experience at a financial institution, brokerage, or asset manager in a client service, operations, or similar role.\nExceptional client-facing communication-both written and verbal-paired with composure under pressure.\nFamiliarity with institutional trading operations and one or more asset classes-including but not limited to equities, ETFs, options, or futures.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong proficiency with productivity tools (e.g. Excel, ticketing systems like JIRA/Confluence, CRM platforms).\nExperience in team leadership, process design, and KPI development.\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\nLicensing/certification relevant to your region (e.g. Series 7/24/63/66 in the U.S., or equivalent) or the ability/willingness to obtain within a short timeframe.\nExperience working in or with global markets, regulatory regimes, and institutional client segments.\nProficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese)-a plus depending on client base and geographic coverage.\nWhy Webull?\n\nWebull is more than a fintech company-we’re a global community of innovators, collaborators, and trailblazers.
