Reporting to the Head of People, this role is critical to to support our hiring and onboarding processes, helping us attract, engage and retain top talent.\n\nMain Tasks & Responsibilities:\nInterview Coordination\nSchedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.\n\nManage candidate communications throughout the recruitment journey.\n\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer.\n\nCoordinate interview logistics and provide support to hiring managers as needed.\n\nTalent Acquisition\nCommunicate with candidates in an effective and timely manner\n\nScreen applications against role requirements and hiring criteria.\n\nProactively identify and engage suitable candidates.\n\nMaintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking systems.\n\nOnboarding\nPrepare employment contracts and offer documentation.\n\nCoordinate pre-employment checks, right-to-work verification and new starter paperwork.\n\nSet up new employees on company systems and HR platforms.\n\nWork closely with IT and department managers to ensure equipment and system access are ready for day one.\n\nSupport onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive start for new hires.\n\nMaintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.\n\nWho We’re Looking For:\nWe're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a professional, efficient candidate experience.\nYou’ll be great in this role if you have:\nQualifications & Experience:\nEssential:\nPrevious experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing or recruitment coordination.\n\nStrong organisational and administrative skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\n\nConfidence managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.\n\nExceptional attention to detail.\n\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach.\n\nExperience with recruitment systems, HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.\n\nWhat You’ll Get:\n4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)\n\nAccess to Bright Exchange - enjoy thousands of exclusive employee discounts and perks\n\nEmployee Assistance Programme - confidential, 24/7 support for you and your immediate family, covering work, personal, and home life matters\n\nOn-demand professional development - access to BrightHR’s online learning platform to build new skills and support your career progression\n\nCompetitive pay\n\nBe part of a rapidly growing, friendly UK brand\n\nThe salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 p.a.\nPlease note this role is based in our Central Cambridge office 3 days per week.
