About the Role :

Webvillee are looking for a smart, energetic, and relationship-driven onsite resource to manage client, vendor, and industry relations across Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in networking, and capable of building strong business relationships with enterprise clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client, vendor, and industry relationship management activities.
• Connect and coordinate with decision-makers, HRs, TA leaders, GCCs, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Generate and maintain strong business connections through calls, LinkedIn outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular client meetings and represent the company professionally during business discussions and networking events.
• Support business development and vendor empanelment activities.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship-building with prospects and partners.
• Coordinate internally with leadership and delivery teams for smooth communication and alignment.
• Travel across Maharashtra for onsite meetings, networking events, and client/vendor interactions.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in cold-calling, relationship building, and business discussions.
• Good understanding of client handling and vendor management.
• Active and professional approach towards LinkedIn networking and outreach.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and maintain long-term relationships.
• Comfortable interacting with senior-level professionals and decision-makers.
• Fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi/Hinglish communication.

Experience Required:

• 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, recruitment sales, staffing/services, client coordination, or business relations.
• Experience in Product sales, service sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Male candidate preferred for onsite travel and field coordination requirements.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional personality.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ready to travel extensively within Maharashtra as per business requirements.
