The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, bankers and project teams to ensure smooth financial and accounting operations.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nIndependently manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities for the organisation.\nHandle overall accounts and site/project-wise or cost-centre-wise accounting.\nCoordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, outstanding balances and account reconciliation.\nManage vendor payment processing and payment coordination.\nPrepare and maintain tender-related financial documentation and supporting records.\nCoordinate GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.\nMonitor cash flow, fund requirements and fund arrangements for ongoing projects.\nMaintain and monitor Bank Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) records, limits and related documentation.\nCoordinate with banks and financial institutions for banking transactions, finance requirements and working capital facilities.\nPrepare and review monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, MIS reports and financial summaries.\nMonitor project-wise financial performance and provide relevant financial information to management.\nCoordinate with project teams, vendors, bankers and internal stakeholders on finance and accounting matters.\nEnsure proper maintenance of accounting records, documentation and supporting financial data.\nCandidate Requirements\n4-7 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.\nExperience in the EPC, construction, infrastructure, engineering or project-based industry will be preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates with relevant experience can also apply.\nStrong understanding of general accounting and project/site accounting.\nHands-on knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance coordination.\nGood understanding of banking operations, working capital, cash-flow management, BG and LC.\nExperience in vendor management, payment coordination and account reconciliation.\nStrong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.\nAbility to independently manage accounting activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, communication and coordination skills.\nInterview Process\nSingle-Round Virtual Interview: The selection process will consist of one virtual interview round, which will be the sole basis for the candidate’s selection. Candidates will be evaluated on their relevant experience, technical knowledge, accounting expertise, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.\nPreferred Candidate\nCandidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.\nCandidates residing within a convenient commuting distance of Navi Mumbai, preferably within approximately 30-45 minutes of the workplace, will be preferred.
