Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex tasks, reasoning, planning, and making decisions with minimal human intervention.\nBuild LLM-powered applications using Python, LangChain, and other relevant AI frameworks.\nDevelop agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and similar orchestration tools.\nImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enable AI systems to retrieve, process, and generate responses using enterprise knowledge bases.\nDesign and implement multi-agent systems where multiple AI agents collaborate to accomplish complex tasks.\nIntegrate LLMs with external APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party services.\nWork with OpenAI and Azure OpenAI models to develop intelligent AI-powered solutions.\nExplore and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting AI agents with external tools, data sources, and services.\nOptimize prompts, model performance, response accuracy, latency, and token consumption.\nDevelop scalable backend services and REST APIs to support AI-powered applications.\nEvaluate, test, debug, and continuously improve AI agent performance, reliability, and security.\nCollaborate with product managers, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong programming experience in Python with hands-on expertise in building backend applications and AI solutions.\nSolid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their capabilities, limitations, and practical applications.\nHands-on experience with LangChain for developing LLM-powered applications, chains, tools, and AI workflows.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering, function calling, embeddings, and context management.\nExperience building and integrating AI-powered applications using APIs and external data sources.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to build scalable and maintainable solutions.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nHands-on experience with OpenAI and Azure OpenAI APIs and models.\nFamiliarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.\nExperience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.\nKnowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.\nExposure to multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and AI-based decision-making.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nUnderstanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment practices.\nExperience & Qualifications\n3-6 years of overall experience in software development, AI engineering, or backend development.\nDemonstrable hands-on experience developing LLM-based applications and AI-powered solutions.\nStrong understanding of modern AI architectures and emerging agentic AI technologies.\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.\nIdeal Candidate: Someone passionate about Generative AI and autonomous systems, with the ability to
