We are looking for a creative and AI-native Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can combine strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered creative workflows. The role is suited for a designer who enjoys experimenting with emerging technologies and can use AI to accelerate ideation, visual development, content creation, and creative production without compromising quality or brand consistency.

You will create engaging visual content across social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertising, packaging, presentations, and multimedia platforms, while also supporting video editing and motion graphics requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for social media, websites, digital advertising, packaging, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with brand identity, campaign objectives, and target audiences.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, design development, image generation, video creation, and creative experimentation.
• Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Kling, Runway, Claude, and similar platforms.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate relevant and high-quality creative outputs.
• Generate, evaluate, refine, and enhance AI-assisted images, videos, layouts, and other visual assets.
• Combine AI-generated content with professional design techniques to create polished, production-ready creative work.
• Create and edit short-form videos, promotional content, motion graphics, and multimedia assets as required.
• Maintain consistency across creative assets while adhering to brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, Branding, and other stakeholders on campaigns and creative projects.
• Manage multiple creative assignments simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Adapt creative assets for different platforms, formats, dimensions, and audience requirements.
• Explore emerging AI design, video, automation, and creative-production tools to improve productivity and output quality.
• Maintain organized design files, project assets, source files, and production-ready deliverables.
• Contribute ideas for improving creative workflows and incorporating AI into scalable content-production processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, creative production, digital media, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, AI-assisted creative work, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Kling, Runway, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Ability to combine human creativity, design judgment, and AI capabilities to produce distinctive and high-quality visual content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating designs for social media, digital marketing, advertising, websites, and other customer-facing channels.
• Hands-on experience with video editing and basic motion graphics.
• Ability to evaluate, edit, and improve AI-generated outputs rather than relying on unedited AI content.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality and consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing creative environment.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new AI tools, creative technologies, and production workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AI tools, graphic design, digital media, or creative technologies are an advantage.
