maintain Oracle WebLogic application server environments.\nManage Java EE application deployments, configurations, upgrades, and production releases.\nMonitor application server performance, availability, resource utilization, and system health.\nPerform WebLogic administration activities, including domain configuration, managed server management, clustering, and troubleshooting.\nManage application server incidents, service requests, and problem records in accordance with ITSM processes.\nPerform root cause analysis for application outages, performance bottlenecks, and recurring technical issues.\nAdminister Linux-based environments, including system monitoring, log analysis, shell commands, and basic scripting.\nTroubleshoot application connectivity, JVM, memory, thread, and server-related issues.\nSupport patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and vulnerability remediation activities.\nCoordinate with application development, database, network, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, deployment records, and incident reports.\nFollow change management, release management, and service delivery standards to ensure operational stability.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive administration tasks and improve application server reliability.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit?\nExperience: 7+ years of experience in application server administration, middleware support, or enterprise application operations.\nJava EE: Strong understanding of Java EE architecture, enterprise applications, deployment processes, and application troubleshooting.\nWebLogic: Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration, configuration, deployments, monitoring, and performance tuning.\nITSM: Good understanding of ITSM practices, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.\nLinux: Strong experience with Linux administration, command-line operations, log analysis, process monitoring, and shell scripting.\nTroubleshooting: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues.\nPerformance Management: Knowledge of JVM tuning, memory management, thread monitoring, and application server optimization.\nCommunication: Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.\nDocumentation: Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational guides, and incident reports.\n Work Approach: Strong ownership, attention to
