We are looking for an experienced Software Architect - Frontend to lead the design, architecture, and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications. This role is ideal for a seasoned frontend expert who is passionate about building intuitive user experiences, establishing engineering best practices, and driving technical excellence across large-scale web platforms.

As a Frontend Architect, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to define technical direction, build reusable frontend architectures, and deliver responsive, accessible, and maintainable applications. You will play a key role in mentoring engineering teams, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring frontend solutions align with business goals while maintaining exceptional performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement scalable frontend architectures that support high-performance, maintainable, and accessible web applications.
• Establish frontend development standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Partner with backend teams to design efficient API integrations and seamless data exchange strategies.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to maintain high-quality engineering standards.
• Optimize frontend applications for speed, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Evaluate and recommend modern frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance frontend development capabilities.
• Promote reusable component libraries and shared architectural patterns across multiple products and platforms.
• Mentor frontend engineers by providing technical guidance, architectural direction, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering frontend architecture, workflows, technical decisions, and development standards.
• Stay current with evolving frontend technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and industry trends to drive innovation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, including significant experience in technical leadership or architectural roles.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, and CSS, with advanced knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and modern frontend development practices.
• Proven experience designing and building large-scale, high-performance web applications.
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture, state management, modular design, and frontend scalability.
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization, security, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and microfrontend architectures.
• Hands-on experience with build tools, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with mobile web development, design systems, internationalization, localization, and AI-assisted development tools is an added advantage.
