You will play a key role in connecting design, execution, procurement, vendors, and clients while ensuring operational priorities remain aligned with business objectives.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead day-to-day operations for interior design and interior architecture projects across assigned locations.\nDevelop and implement operational plans aligned with project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.\nCoordinate with design, architecture, project management, procurement, execution, and support teams.\nMonitor project progress, identify operational bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.\nManage coordination with contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and other external partners.\nEnsure design concepts and architectural requirements are translated effectively into execution plans.\nTrack project schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.\nSupport effective resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.\nMonitor project quality, execution standards, and adherence to approved designs and specifications.\nWork closely with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials, products, and services.\nManage client communication and support resolution of project-related operational concerns.\nReview project performance, costs, timelines, and operational risks and escalate critical issues appropriately.\nEstablish and improve SOPs, workflows, reporting systems, and operational processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, cost management, and project execution.\nMaintain operational dashboards, project reports, and management updates.\nSupport business leadership with operational insights, planning, and execution strategies.\nEnsure compliance with applicable safety, quality, contractual, and operational requirements.\nDrive a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement across project teams.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n6+ years of experience in operations, project management, interior design, interior architecture, construction, or a closely related field.\nStrong experience managing operations for interior design, interior architecture, fit-out, or turnkey projects.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, vendors, and competing priorities simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of interior design and architectural project workflows from concept through execution.\nExperience coordinating designers, architects, contractors, consultants, procurement teams, and vendors.\nStrong project planning, scheduling, resource management, and execution capabilities.\nGood understanding of materials, finishes, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, client-management, and stakeholder-coordination skills.\nStrong commercial awareness with an understanding of project costs, budgets, timelines, and profitability.\nExperience developing SOPs, operational processes, reporting systems, and performance-monitoring mechanisms.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and execution excellence.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nStrong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance.\nProficiency in MS Office, Excel, project-management tools, and digital reporting systems.\nBachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Construction Management, Operations, or a related discipline is
