The role requires strong expertise in Ataccama Administration, Linux, Database Management, AWS, Terraform, and performance tuning.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of the Ataccama platform while supporting infrastructure, database, deployment, monitoring, and operational requirements. You will work closely with Data, Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams to maintain a stable and scalable data management environment.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and maintain the Ataccama platform across development, testing, staging, and production environments.\nConfigure Ataccama platform components, environments, users, roles, permissions, and system settings.\nMonitor platform availability, resource utilisation, application health, and system performance.\nPerform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of Ataccama components.\nTroubleshoot platform, application, integration, infrastructure, and database-related issues.\nManage and maintain Linux servers, system configurations, services, processes, logs, and operational tasks.\nSupport database management, including connectivity, configuration, monitoring, backup, recovery, and performance-related activities.\nWork with AWS infrastructure supporting Ataccama workloads and enterprise data platforms.\nProvision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.\nDevelop repeatable deployment and environment-management processes.\nPerform performance tuning across application, database, infrastructure, and platform components.\nAnalyse system logs, metrics, resource utilisation, and performance indicators to identify root causes and bottlenecks.\nImplement monitoring, alerting, and proactive health-check mechanisms for critical platform components.\nSupport platform integrations with databases, data sources, applications, and enterprise systems.\nManage platform availability, capacity planning, scalability, and operational resilience.\nSupport backup, disaster recovery, high-availability, and business-continuity requirements.\nCoordinate platform releases, deployments, upgrades, and production changes with relevant technical teams.\nMaintain technical documentation covering architecture, configurations, operational procedures, troubleshooting, and recovery processes.\nFollow security, access-control, change-management, and enterprise infrastructure standards.\nParticipate in incident management, root-cause analysis, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Database, Data Engineering, Security, and Application teams to resolve complex technical issues.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n5+ years of experience in platform administration, application administration, infrastructure operations, or a similar technical role.\nStrong hands-on experience with Ataccama Administration and enterprise data management platforms.\nStrong understanding of Ataccama platform architecture, configuration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\nStrong experience working with Linux/Unix environments, including shell commands, system services, logs, processes, and troubleshooting.\nGood knowledge of database management, connectivity, performance monitoring, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.\nPractical experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure administration.\nHands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.\nStrong understanding of performance tuning, capacity management, resource utilisation, and application optimisation.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and production support.\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across application, infrastructure, and database layers.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications across multiple environments and managing production releases.\nUnderstanding of security, access management, change management, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability practices.\nStrong documentation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to production incidents and operational challenges.\nProactive mindset with strong ownership of platform stability, reliability, performance, and continuous
