opportunities to improve system efficiency.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n6+ years of professional experience in backend development, with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js.\nProficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming and modern language features.\nStrong experience developing production-grade backend applications using Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.\nProven expertise in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, query optimisation, and aggregation pipelines.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture.\nKnowledge of authentication, authorisation, API security, and secure coding practices.\nExperience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.\nFamiliarity with Docker, cloud platforms, caching, message queues, and application monitoring is an advantage.\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent
