Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience as a business analyst in enterprise software environments, specifically with ERPNext, SAP, and Oracle.\nProven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and functional documentation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for detail in process mapping and data modeling.\nExcellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams, business users, and external vendors.\nSolid knowledge of business process reengineering, workflow management, and performance metrics.\nExperience in managing cross-functional projects, including scope, schedule, and resource coordination.\nFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.\nAdaptability to fast-paced environments and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.\nProactive mindset with a passion
