ensuring intuitive and efficient user experiences.\nDevelop and maintain API specifications and integration points between Sapiens modules and external services, using Java and SpringBoot frameworks.\nLead the creation of test cases and conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, regression) to validate solutions against business requirements.\nFacilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring clear communication across cross-functional teams.\nProvide support during production deployments, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with operations and support teams to resolve incidents.\nProduce clear, concise documentation for system configuration, business rules, and user manuals to assist both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nConduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and internal teams to maximize adoption and effective use of new functionalities.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigations to senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.\nProven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the insurance or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of Sapiens modules.\nStrong proficiency in Java and SpringBoot, including experience developing scalable web services and microservices architectures.\nDemonstrated ability to bridge technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear documentation and present findings to diverse audiences.\nHands-on experience with API design and integration patterns, such as REST, SOAP, and OAuth.\nAdept at quality assurance processes, including test case development, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing.\nExperience using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and business analysis tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).\nA proactive, self-motivated mindset with a continuous improvement focus, ready to adapt to evolving business needs and
