Business Requirements Gathering\nInteract with business teams to understand existing processes, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.\nAsk relevant questions to clarify requirements, identify missing information, and understand business expectations.\nConvert business requirements into structured notes, functional specifications, and actionable tasks under guidance.\nIdentify process gaps, exceptions, dependencies, and opportunities for workflow automation.\nAssist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement documentation.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood by both business users and technical teams.\n2. Process Mapping and Documentation\nDocument existing business processes and proposed improvements.\nPrepare process flowcharts, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and requirement documents.\nMaintain clear documentation of business rules, validations, dependencies, and expected system behaviour.\nUpdate documentation based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements.\nEnsure process documents are structured, accurate, and easy for business users and developers to understand.\n3. Functional Testing and Validation\nPrepare and execute test cases for ERP enhancements, internal tools, and business applications.\nTest standard workflows, invalid inputs, boundary conditions, and exceptional scenarios.\nIdentify defects, document reproduction steps, and communicate findings to the technical team.\nVerify bug fixes and perform regression testing when required.\nAssist business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nValidate whether system enhancements meet the original business requirements and expected outcomes.\n4. Data Analysis and Reporting\nUse Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyse operational data, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports.\nWrite basic SQL queries to retrieve, compare, and validate data from databases.\nAssist in investigating data mismatches and identifying potential root causes.\nSupport the preparation of operational reports, performance dashboards, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) trackers.\nMaintain data accuracy and highlight inconsistencies that may affect business decisions.\n5.
