Business Requirements Analysis\nInteract with business stakeholders to understand existing workflows, operational challenges, and system improvement requirements.\nAsk relevant questions to clarify requirements, identify missing information, and understand business expectations.\nTranslate business needs into structured requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and actionable tasks under guidance.\nIdentify process gaps, dependencies, exceptions, and opportunities for automation.\nAssist in defining acceptance criteria and expected system behavior.\nB. Business Process Mapping and Documentation\nDocument existing business processes and recommend potential improvements.\nPrepare workflow diagrams, process flowcharts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and functional documentation.\nMaintain clear records of business rules, system validations, dependencies, and exception scenarios.\nIncorporate stakeholder feedback and update documentation as requirements evolve.\nEnsure that requirements are clearly communicated to both business users and technical teams.\nC. Functional Testing and System Validation\nPrepare and execute test cases for ERP enhancements, internal tools, and business applications.\nValidate standard workflows, invalid inputs, boundary conditions, and exceptional scenarios.\nIdentify defects, document reproduction steps, and coordinate with developers for resolution.\nVerify bug fixes and conduct regression testing when required.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help business users validate system functionality.\nD. Data Analysis and Reporting\nUse Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyze operational data, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports.\nApply basic SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and investigate data from databases.\nAssist in identifying data inconsistencies and investigating their potential root causes.\nSupport operational reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across business systems.\nE. Business Systems and Automation Support\nAssist with ERP enhancements, workflow automation, and system integration initiatives.\nCoordinate with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and track deliverables.\nResearch tools and technology solutions that can improve operational efficiency.\nUse AI tools to support research, documentation, and test-case creation while independently validating generated outputs.\nTrack assigned tasks, communicate blockers proactively, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely completion.\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducational Background\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related discipline; final-year students and recent graduates may apply.\nAn MBA from a reputed institution is mandatory.\nMust-Have Skills\nLogical Reasoning: Ability to break down unfamiliar problems, recognize patterns, and arrive at logical conclusions.\nAnalytical Reasoning: Ability to interpret information, analyze data, identify relationships, and evaluate possible solutions.\nCritical Thinking: Ability to question assumptions, identify inconsistencies, evaluate alternatives, and assess whether a proposed solution is practical.\nStrong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.\nClear written and verbal communication skills in English.\nBasic computer proficiency, including spreadsheets, documents, and presentation tools.\nLearning agility, adaptability, and the ability to understand new systems and business processes.\nOwnership of assigned tasks, openness to feedback, and the ability to communicate progress independently.\nPrior experience with SQL, Excel, ERP systems, APIs, or software testing is beneficial but not mandatory.
