This role requires someone who can translate creative concepts into compelling visual content while ensuring high production quality across projects.\nThe candidate will be responsible for managing the visual aspects of video production, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for composition, framing, colour, and detail, along with the technical expertise to produce engaging videos for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and other creative projects.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan and execute cinematography for videos, promotional campaigns, brand films, interviews, social media content, and other video projects.\nOperate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and related production tools to capture high-quality footage.\nCollaborate with creative teams, directors, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and develop suitable visual concepts.\nSet up lighting, camera angles, framing, and compositions to achieve the desired visual style and storytelling objectives.\nHandle end-to-end video editing, including footage selection, sequencing, transitions, sound synchronisation, and final rendering.\nUse video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro to produce polished and engaging content.\nPerform basic colour correction, colour grading, audio adjustments, and visual enhancements to maintain consistency and quality.\nReview footage, identify the best takes, and ensure that the final output aligns with creative briefs and project expectations.\nManage production timelines, organise footage and project files, and ensure timely delivery of completed videos.\nStay updated on emerging cinematography techniques, editing trends, equipment, and digital content formats.\nMust-Have Skills\nCinematography: Strong understanding of camera operations, shot composition, framing, exposure, lenses, lighting, and visual storytelling.\nVideo Editing: Hands-on experience editing videos from raw footage to final delivery, with proficiency in at least one professional editing tool.\nTechnical Expertise: Ability to work with different camera setups, lighting equipment, frame rates, and video formats.\nCreative Thinking: Ability to develop engaging visual narratives and translate concepts into high-quality video content.\nAttention to Detail: Strong focus on visual consistency, editing precision, colour accuracy, and overall production quality.\nTime Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing creative requirements.\n Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nExperience and Qualifications\n2-5 years of relevant experience in cinematography and video editing.\nA portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematography, shooting, and editing capabilities is required.\nExperience producing content for digital platforms, advertisements, brands, or social media is preferred.\nA degree or diploma in filmmaking, cinematography, media production, or a related field is an advantage, but practical experience and creative ability are equally
