in-store shopping experience.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome and assist luxury customers, understand their preferences, and identify their specific requirements.\nProvide personalised shopping assistance and recommend suitable jewellery products based on customer needs, occasions, and budgets.\nExplain jewellery collections, product features, designs, and other relevant details to customers.\nDrive sales and consistently achieve assigned monthly and category-wise sales targets.\nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.\nHandle customer enquiries, complaints, returns, exchanges, and jewellery repair requests professionally.\nMaintain attractive jewellery displays and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.\nManage daily inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate stock replenishment.\nFollow store standard operating procedures (SOPs) and jewellery security protocols.\nGather customer feedback and share insights on product preferences and buying behaviour with internal teams.\nRequired Experience and Skills\n2-4 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in luxury jewellery, fine jewellery, or premium fashion retail.\nExperience handling HNI and luxury clientele.\nStrong understanding of personalised customer service and luxury retail expectations.\nProven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to understand customer preferences and provide tailored product recommendations.\nExperience in customer relationship management and client retention.\nKnowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual
