This role requires effective coordination with sales, design, production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of products and a positive client experience.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Client Coordination and Relationship Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving routine concerns.\nUnderstand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and timelines to ensure appropriate product recommendations and service.\nMaintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and clear, professional communication.\nEnsure timely responses to client queries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.\nMaintain accurate records of client interactions, discussions, commitments, and feedback.\n2. Interior Products Coordination\nDevelop a good understanding of interior products such as furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, flooring, wall panels, lighting, hardware, decorative materials, and related solutions, depending on the company's product portfolio.\nAssist clients in understanding product specifications, available options, finishes, materials, dimensions, and customization possibilities.\nCoordinate with sales and design teams to communicate product requirements and prepare quotations, proposals, and product details.\nTrack client selections, order specifications, approvals, and changes to ensure accurate execution.\nSupport clients throughout the product selection, ordering, delivery, and installation process.\n3. Order and Project Management\nCoordinate order processing and ensure all client requirements are documented accurately.\nFollow up with internal teams regarding product availability, production schedules, dispatches, and delivery timelines.\nMonitor order status and proactively communicate delays or changes to clients.\nCoordinate with logistics, vendors, and installation teams to support timely delivery and completion.\nMaintain trackers and reports for pending orders, client requests, project milestones, and outstanding issues.\n4. Internal Team Coordination\nWork closely with sales, design, procurement, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution.\nShare accurate client requirements and communicate updates across relevant departments.\nEscalate complex complaints, delivery challenges, and product-related issues to the appropriate team.\nAssist in preparing client presentations, quotations, invoices, and other coordination documents as required.\n5.
