years of experience in community management and business development.\nProven track record of successful student engagement or similar programs.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.\nDemonstrated ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships.\nCreative mindset for designing engaging events and content.\nProficiency with community platforms (Slack, Discord, or similar) and CRM tools.\nFlexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
