• 4+ years of proven experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment.
• A strong portfolio that showcases expertise in brand design, campaign development, and multi-channel storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, balancing creative vision with pragmatic constraints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic mindset that can translate business objectives into creative solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with digital production workflows.
