objectives.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end creative production, from concept development and scripting to shoot execution, post-production, and final delivery.\nDevelop creative concepts, visual narratives, and content ideas aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.\nWrite and review scripts, production briefs, storyboards, and other creative planning documents.\nManage pre-production activities, including shoot planning, scheduling, location coordination, resource planning, and production preparation.\nCoordinate and manage on-ground shoots, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to creative requirements and timelines.\nOversee post-production activities, including video editing, creative reviews, revisions, quality checks, and finalisation.\nManage and coordinate with in-house graphic designers, video editors, and external production partners.\nProvide creative direction and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality visual storytelling and consistent brand communication.\nReview creative assets across formats to ensure accuracy, visual quality, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.\nManage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and allocating resources effectively.\nCollaborate with marketing, brand, content, and other teams to translate business requirements into impactful creative outputs.\nTrack project progress, manage dependencies, resolve production challenges, and ensure timely delivery.\nMaintain clear communication across stakeholders throughout the creative production lifecycle.\nIdentify opportunities to improve creative workflows, production efficiency, and overall output quality.\nStay updated on evolving creative trends, visual storytelling techniques, video formats, and production practices.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n 5+ years of experience in creative production, creative management, content production, or a related field.\nStrong creative and design background with excellent visual communication and storytelling skills.\nProven experience managing the complete creative production lifecycle, from concept to final execution.\nHands-on experience in scriptwriting, production scripting, creative briefs, or storyboard development.\nStrong understanding of pre-production planning, shoot coordination, and production management.\nExperience managing on-ground shoots and coordinating with production crews, vendors, and creative teams.\nGood understanding of post-production workflows, video editing, creative reviews, and final output delivery.\nExperience managing or coordinating in-house designers, video editors, and other creative professionals.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain creative quality throughout execution.\nA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and operational delivery.\nProficiency in relevant design and video production tools is
