The role requires strong hands-on engineering capabilities across cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, system administration, monitoring, security, and production operations.\nThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working across development and operations teams to improve deployment speed, system reliability, infrastructure scalability, and operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure.\nManage and administer Linux-based servers and environments, including system configuration, troubleshooting, patching, and performance optimisation.\nBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated application build, testing, deployment, and release management.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.\nWork with AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Load Balancers, and Route 53 as required.\nImplement and maintain infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.\nManage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes where applicable.\nMonitor infrastructure, applications, and services to identify performance, availability, and reliability issues.\nConfigure and maintain centralised logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.\nTroubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nImplement cloud security best practices covering IAM, network security, secrets management, access controls, and infrastructure hardening.\nSupport backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity initiatives.\nOptimise AWS infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.\nCollaborate with developers to improve application deployment processes and operational readiness.\nMaintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.\nParticipate in release management, production deployments, incident response, and operational support activities.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve engineering productivity.\nContribute to DevOps standards, cloud governance, infrastructure best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.\nStrong hands-on expertise in AWS, Linux administration, and DevOps practices.\nProven experience designing and managing production-grade AWS cloud infrastructure.\nStrong understanding of AWS networking, compute, storage, databases, IAM, security, monitoring, and high-availability concepts.\nStrong Linux administration skills, including system troubleshooting, process management, networking, performance monitoring, permissions, and shell scripting.\nHands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.\nExperience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar infrastructure automation tools.\nStrong understanding of Docker and containerisation;
