This role combines performance marketing, paid advertising, marketplace management, quick-commerce expansion, and data-driven growth strategies.\nThe ideal candidate will have practical experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, optimising advertising performance, and building relationships with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. You should be comfortable balancing campaign execution with commercial coordination to drive revenue, improve product visibility, and increase customer conversions.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.\nManage advertising budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing-page performance to maximise sales and return on ad spend (ROAS).\nMonitor key performance indicators, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, revenue, and advertising efficiency.\nConduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign formats to improve performance.\nCollaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, product messaging, and promotional campaigns.\nBuild and manage relationships with quick-commerce platforms, including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.\nDrive platform onboarding, product listings, catalogue setup, commercial coordination, and distribution expansion.\nCoordinate with category managers and account managers to improve product visibility, discoverability, availability, and sales.\nIdentify opportunities for sponsored placements, platform-specific promotions, discount campaigns, and seasonal offers.\nMonitor inventory availability, pricing, product assortment, and sales performance across quick-commerce channels.\nDevelop strategies to increase online revenue, improve conversion rates, and strengthen channel-wise profitability.\nAnalyse customer behaviour, sales funnels, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.\nPrepare regular performance reports covering advertising efficiency, revenue growth, campaign outcomes, and platform-wise sales.\nRecommend improvements in budget allocation, marketing execution, merchandising, and channel expansion.\nStay updated on emerging e-commerce trends, advertising practices, and quick-commerce growth opportunities.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n2-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, performance marketing, digital marketing, or online business growth.\nHands-on experience creating and optimising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.\nStrong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, advertising budgets, and campaign optimisation.\nExperience working with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart, particularly in onboarding, account management, or dark-store expansion.\nUnderstanding of e-commerce sales funnels, product listings, online merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to convert campaign and sales data into actionable recommendations.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with D2C, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or other consumer brands is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with e-commerce analytics tools, advertising dashboards, Excel, or Google Sheets.\nA proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong focus on measurable revenue growth and continuous
