We are seeking a results-driven Engagement Manager with expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), digital engineering, and manufacturing technology. The role involves managing client engagements, driving consulting-led program delivery, and helping organisations optimise engineering processes through digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Siemens Teamcenter, product data management, engineering change management, and manufacturing workflows. They should be capable of translating complex technical requirements into effective business solutions while managing client relationships, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and project outcomes.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Understand client challenges related to engineering processes, product data, manufacturing operations, and digital transformation.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Manage client expectations, communicate progress, and proactively address risks, dependencies, and escalations.

2. PLM and Digital Engineering Solutions

• Leverage knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to support client transformation initiatives.
• Drive discussions around engineering product lifecycle management, product data management, and engineering process optimisation.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of PLM solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Guide initiatives involving Bill of Materials (BOM) management, Engineering Change Management (ECM), and product configuration processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering collaboration, data consistency, traceability, and operational efficiency.

3. Program and Project Delivery

• Oversee consulting-led engagements, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and client stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Track project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure solutions meet client expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Drive issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement throughout the engagement lifecycle.

4. Digital Transformation and Innovation

• Support digital engineering transformation initiatives across manufacturing and engineering environments.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage industrial AI, automation, and emerging manufacturing technologies.
• Translate business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps and solution recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline product development, engineering data management, and change-control processes.
• Stay informed about developments in PLM platforms, digital manufacturing, and industrial technology.

5. Consulting and Business Problem-solving

• Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to address complex client challenges.
• Develop presentations, recommendations, and engagement updates for technical and business stakeholders.
• Connect technology capabilities with measurable business value and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop practical, scalable, and client-focused solutions.
