They should be capable of translating complex technical requirements into effective business solutions while managing client relationships, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and project outcomes.\nAct as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.\nUnderstand client challenges related to engineering processes, product data, manufacturing operations, and digital transformation.\nFacilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and executive presentations.\nManage client expectations, communicate progress, and proactively address risks, dependencies, and escalations.\n2. PLM and Digital Engineering Solutions\nLeverage knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to support client transformation initiatives.\nDrive discussions around engineering product lifecycle management, product data management, and engineering process optimisation.\nSupport the implementation and enhancement of PLM solutions aligned with client requirements.\nGuide initiatives involving Bill of Materials (BOM) management, Engineering Change Management (ECM), and product configuration processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve engineering collaboration, data consistency, traceability, and operational efficiency.\n3. Program and Project Delivery\nOversee consulting-led engagements, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of agreed outcomes.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and client stakeholders to achieve project milestones.\nTrack project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.\nEnsure solutions meet client expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.\nDrive issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement throughout the engagement lifecycle.\n4. Digital Transformation and Innovation\nSupport digital engineering transformation initiatives across manufacturing and engineering environments.\nEvaluate opportunities to leverage industrial AI, automation, and emerging manufacturing technologies.\nTranslate business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps and solution recommendations.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline product development, engineering data management, and change-control processes.\nStay informed about developments in PLM platforms, digital manufacturing, and industrial technology.\n5.
