and configure semiconductor devices using NBO and DIN specifications in a field environment.\nConduct on-site troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex hardware/firmware issues.\nProvide real-time technical support to service teams and end-users during installations.\nCollaborate with design engineers to validate product performance and recommend design improvements.\nCreate detailed documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and test reports.\nLead field validation projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute test plans.\nPerform on-site training and demonstrations of DWIN-enabled solutions to customers.\nCollect and analyze field data to inform product enhancements and risk mitigation strategies.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging semiconductor technologies and industry best practices.\nTravel to customer sites as needed, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on field application engineering.\nIn-depth knowledge of NBO, DIN, and DWIN technologies and their practical applications.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.\nExperience deploying and supporting semiconductor products in diverse industrial environments.\nProficiency with troubleshooting tools and diagnostic software used in semiconductor applications.\nAbility to produce concise technical documentation and deliver effective training sessions.\nValid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Pune region.\nA proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for continuous learning and
