You will work with Finance, Technology, Business, and senior leadership teams to modernise finance processes, improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enable data-driven decision-making.\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering complex finance transformation programmes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP-enabled solutions.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end finance transformation programmes involving SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, optimisation, or business process transformation.\nDefine finance transformation strategies, roadmaps, target operating models, and implementation priorities.\nAssess existing finance processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, automation, simplification, and control improvement.\nTranslate business and finance requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.\nLead finance process transformation across areas including R2R, P2P, O2C, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, and reporting.\nWork closely with Finance, IT, Business, Data, and Transformation teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.\nLead functional design, requirements gathering, solution validation, process mapping, and future-state design.\nPartner with SAP implementation teams and external vendors to manage solution design and delivery.\nReview SAP configurations, integrations, data migration approaches, testing strategies, and technical dependencies.\nEstablish governance mechanisms to monitor programme scope, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.\nLead UAT, cutover, deployment, change management, and post-go-live stabilisation activities.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve finance operations.\nEnsure finance transformation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, controls, reporting, and business visibility.\nPrepare transformation updates, recommendations, and progress reports for senior leadership.\nDrive stakeholder alignment and support organisational adoption of new processes and technologies.\nMentor transformation teams and contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems and operating processes.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n10+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance technology, SAP consulting, or large-scale finance process transformation.\nStrong hands-on and functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with experience in finance transformation programmes.\nStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and core finance processes.\nProven experience leading complex SAP-enabled transformation initiatives from strategy and design through implementation and stabilisation.\nStrong knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, and financial reporting.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA migration, process harmonisation, configuration, integrations, and data migration.\nStrong understanding of finance operating models, process optimisation, internal controls, and governance.\nExperience managing SAP implementation partners, system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.\nExcellent programme management, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.\nExperience managing transformation risks, dependencies, testing, change management, and organisational adoption.\nAbility to engage effectively with CFOs, Finance Leaders, CIOs, senior business stakeholders, and technology teams.\nStrong understanding of automation, analytics, digital finance, and emerging technologies relevant to finance transformation.\nAbility to operate in complex, enterprise-scale environments while maintaining strong focus on business outcomes and delivery excellence.\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred;
