The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI applications.\nThis role combines software engineering, applied AI, customer collaboration, and end-to-end solution delivery. You will translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutions, develop working prototypes, integrate enterprise data sources, and help deploy reliable applications that deliver measurable business value.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions.\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems.\nBuild RAG pipelines involving document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, retrieval, reranking, and context-grounded response generation.\nIntegrate enterprise knowledge sources, APIs, databases, and internal systems into AI applications.\nDevelop multi-agent workflows for task orchestration, information retrieval, decision support, and business process automation.\nExperiment with LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and retrieval strategies to improve accuracy and reliability.\nBuild prototypes and proof-of-concepts, validate them with stakeholders, and convert successful solutions into production-ready applications.\nDevelop backend services and APIs to integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise platforms.\nImplement testing, observability, performance optimisation, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.\nAddress challenges involving hallucinations, retrieval quality, latency, scalability, data privacy, and access control.\nWork closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and customer teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.\nDocument technical designs, deployment processes, and solution architecture while incorporating feedback to improve outcomes.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n1+ years of experience in software engineering, Machine Learning, applied AI, or a related technical role.\nStrong programming skills in Python and familiarity with software development fundamentals.\nUnderstanding of Machine Learning concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.\nHands-on experience or practical project exposure to RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.\nFamiliarity with multi-agent frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar technologies.\nExperience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise data sources into software applications.\nUnderstanding of REST APIs, backend development, Git, testing, and deployment workflows.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, containers, and production monitoring is an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.\nA proactive, hands-on mindset with an interest in building practical, scalable enterprise AI
