The role focuses on taking technology from prototype to production by understanding real-world business problems, rapidly developing solutions, integrating them with enterprise systems, and deploying them into production environments.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM applications, AI agents, and data engineering or analytics. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, working directly with stakeholders, and taking ownership of solutions from discovery through deployment, adoption, and scale.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nWork directly with business and product stakeholders to understand complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into technical solutions.\nRapidly prototype, develop, integrate, and deploy production-quality applications and AI-powered solutions.\nOwn solutions end-to-end, from discovery and technical design through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nBuild applications and services using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or C#.\nDevelop and integrate AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM applications, AI agents, and data-driven solutions.\nDesign and consume REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.\nIntegrate applications with existing platforms, APIs, databases, data sources, and enterprise systems.\nDevelop reusable services, components, frameworks, and engineering patterns that can scale across teams.\nWork across the complete engineering lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues in live production environments.\nCollaborate with Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure enterprise standards are met.\nUse experimentation, data, and stakeholder feedback to validate solutions and iterate rapidly.\nIdentify opportunities to apply emerging technologies, particularly AI and GenAI, to meaningful business problems.\nBuild cloud-native solutions using platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.\nDocument technical solutions, implementation approaches, learnings, and reusable patterns.\nHelp transition successful prototypes into scalable and maintainable production capabilities.\nContribute to engineering standards, development practices, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n2+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on experience building production applications.\nStrong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or C#.\nStrong hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM applications, AI agents, and/or data engineering or analytics.\nExperience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.\nStrong understanding of databases, data structures, system integration, and scalable application architecture.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, containers, and modern software development practices.\nExperience with Docker and/or Kubernetes is preferred.\nStrong understanding of observability, logging, monitoring, debugging, and production troubleshooting.\nComfortable working with ambiguity and turning loosely defined business problems into working technical solutions.\nAbility to move quickly between discovery, prototyping, engineering, and production deployment.\nStrong customer and stakeholder orientation with the ability to work directly with senior technical and business stakeholders.\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nPragmatic engineering mindset with the ability to balance speed, scalability, reuse, and long-term maintainability.\nStrong ownership mindset focused on business outcomes and measurable impact, not only technical deliverables.\nExperience in financial services, regulated industries, enterprise transformation, DevOps/SRE, rapid prototyping, or cloud-native development would be an advantage.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is
