up.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and own the overall technology vision, architecture, and engineering strategy.\nLead development of AI-powered products and intelligent technology platforms.\nDesign solutions combining Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, IoT, Digital Twins, and Robotics.\nDefine scalable architectures spanning edge devices, embedded systems, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI services.\nLead the development of connected products, intelligent devices, automation systems, and robotics solutions.\nEstablish IoT architectures covering device connectivity, telemetry, edge computing, device management, and real-time data processing.\nDrive development of Digital Twin capabilities for connected assets, processes, environments, and operational systems.\nEvaluate and implement AI/ML models for prediction, optimisation, automation, computer vision, intelligent decision-making, and autonomous systems.\nLead technology selection, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and transition of successful innovations into production.\nBuild and scale high-performing engineering teams across software, AI, embedded, IoT, and robotics disciplines.\nEstablish engineering standards covering architecture, coding, testing, security, DevOps, deployment, and observability.\nPartner with Product and Business teams to translate customer problems into technically viable and scalable solutions.\nEngage with customers, technology partners, vendors, investors, and strategic stakeholders on technical initiatives.\nDevelop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, product milestones, and market opportunities.\nIdentify opportunities for intellectual property, proprietary platforms, technology differentiation, and automation.\nEnsure technology platforms meet appropriate standards for security, reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.\nDrive continuous R&D and stay current with emerging developments in AI, robotics, edge computing, IoT, and digital technologies.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n9+ years of experience in technology leadership, product engineering, AI, IoT, embedded systems, robotics, or related technology domains.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence and AI/ML technologies.\nProven experience designing and building IoT and connected-device platforms.\nStrong understanding of embedded systems, edge computing, hardware-software integration, and device communication.\nPractical experience with Digital Twin architectures, simulation, real-time data, or industrial technology platforms is highly desirable.\nExperience with robotics, automation, computer vision, autonomous systems, or intelligent machines is advantageous.\nStrong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and scalable software engineering.\nExperience taking products from concept, prototype, and MVP through production and commercial deployment.\nDemonstrated ability to build and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nStrong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.\nExcellent system-design, architecture, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.\nStrong business understanding and ability to connect technology investments with product and commercial outcomes.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to engage founders, CXOs, customers, investors, and technical teams.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, AI, or a related discipline is
